Express Bond Program

This is the easiest and quickest way to get bonded.  These programs are designed for contractors with infrequent bond requirements (single/aggregate limits under $500,000), and are generally the best way to get started.  Approval for these programs are based primarily on the owner(s)’ personal credit score.  Contact one of our specialists at 972-331-3758 if you have any questions whatsoever.  Otherwise, follow the below steps and you should have approval within 24 hours (usually same day).

• Step 1 – Download and Complete one of the below applications…
  • Developer's Surety - Insco Xpress Application - IXC is for contractors seeking bond for single jobs to $200,000 with aggregate bond work programs up to $400,000.
  
  
  
  • Suretec - Surequick Express Application - Surequick can bond single jobs up to $100,000 with the one page app and up to $500,000 with minimal supplemental information.
    
    
  • CNA - Fast Track Application - Fast Track is for contract requests up to $250,000 single or $500,000 aggregate.



• Step 2 – Attach a copy of the application (and contract for final bonds)
